He also completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Maryland, USA, where he worked on NASA-funded projects related to electronic system reliability. His academic journey includes an M.E. in Mechanical Design Engineering and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, both with distinction.

Dr. Patil has an extensive teaching and research career spanning multiple institutions. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune. Prior to this, he worked at Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology, Ashta, and Dr. J. J. Magdum College of Engineering, among others. His professional experience also includes industry exposure as a trainee engineer at MOJJ Engineering Systems LTD. His contributions extend beyond teaching, as he has played a pivotal role in institutional research and development initiatives.
